Clarity Scaffold · Coming soon

Know every renewal before it bills you.

Upload your vendor contracts and get a live calendar of renewal dates, notice windows, and price escalators — with warnings far enough ahead to renegotiate instead of auto-renewing at whatever the vendor decided this year.

How it works

  1. Download and say "let's get started." The scaffold walks your tech person through a short intake: your vendors, your spend categories, and how much warning you want before a deadline.
  2. Upload your contracts. The PDFs from that folder nobody opens. The scaffold extracts terms, renewal dates, notice periods, and escalator clauses, and writes a plain-English summary of each.
  3. Deploy and watch the calendar. Alerts arrive before cancellation-notice windows close, and you can ask questions like "which contracts renew this quarter?"

What's inside

Plain-English summaries

Each contract on one page: what you pay, when it renews, how it escalates, and how to get out.

Warnings you can act on

Alerts land before the notice window closes — while you can still renegotiate or cancel — not after the new invoice does.

Security already done

Team logins, row-level data protection, and an audit trail. Your contracts are sensitive; they're treated that way before you arrive.

Cheap to run

The heavy thinking happened before you bought it. Day-to-day tracking runs on affordable AI models in your own accounts.

Who it's for

Companies with thirty software subscriptions, five suppliers, two leases, and nobody who owns the renewal calendar. Office managers, controllers, and owners who found out about the price increase from the invoice. If that's you, this pays for itself on the first catch.

Common questions

Who on my team sets this up?
Anyone comfortable with tech — most companies hand it to whoever runs their website or IT. You'll need Claude Code installed, with a Claude subscription or API key. Setup is a guided conversation inside it plus a one-command deploy, and a plain-English fallback guide covers every step.
Is this legal advice?
No. It extracts and summarizes what your contracts actually say, so you stop being surprised. Big decisions still deserve a lawyer.
Where do my contracts live?
In your own accounts. The documents, the summaries, and the app itself live in services you own and control. We never hold your data.
How long does setup take?
About an hour, plus ingest time for your contract folder. Start with the ten biggest and add the rest over time.
